We were contracted on the major renovation and addition of this 85 year old home with the following requirements:

Update and modernize the mechanical systems, improve the energy efficiency, add a family room, master bedroom and bath with a basement underneath while retaining the character, style and detail of the original home. As a example restore and reproduce original moldings, doors and hardware among many other details requirements.

Convert the existing garage into a powder room, laundry-locker room and add a service bar.

Add a two car garage with an apt/office over.

Add a covered outdoor entertaining area with outdoor fireplace.

Enclose the property for the security of a young family.
